Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every order placed with Stampify Africa, whether online, through WhatsApp or through a sales manager.

Where we deliver

Nationwide across Nigeria, plus Ghana, Liberia, Benin, Togo. Other African countries are served on request and quoted per route.

1. Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted once we confirm your specification in writing (WhatsApp, email or through your account) and payment or an agreed deposit is received.

Quotes and calculator estimates are indicative. They are based on standard stock, print-ready artwork and the delivery destination you select. The final price is confirmed by a print manager before payment.

Quotes remain valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Material cost changes may require a revised quote after that period.

2. Pricing, payment and taxes

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise agreed. VAT of 7.5% applies where chargeable.

We accept two order streams: online card and bank payment via Flutterwave, and WhatsApp orders confirmed with a payment link or bank transfer.

Bulk and custom production runs require a minimum 70% deposit before production starts, with the balance due before dispatch. Corporate accounts may be granted terms in writing.

Volume discounts shown in the calculator are applied automatically at the stated quantity thresholds.

3. Artwork and approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied artwork, including spelling, colour references, sizing and bleed. We do not proofread content.

Preferred formats are print-ready PDF, AI, CDR, PSD or EPS at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and fonts outlined. Files that do not meet spec may incur a preparation fee or delay production.

Where a Stampify designer produces your artwork, a digital proof is issued for approval. Production begins only after you approve the proof, and the approved proof governs the final output.

You confirm you own or are licensed to use all logos, images and trademarks supplied. We may decline any order that appears unlawful, counterfeit or offensive.

Colour reproduction can vary between screens, materials and print runs. Minor variation is not a defect. Request a physical proof if exact colour matching is critical.

4. Production and turnaround

Turnaround times quoted are working days and begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation, not at the time of enquiry.

Express and rush options move your job up the production queue and are priced accordingly. They are subject to press availability.

For large runs, a tolerance of plus or minus 5% on the delivered quantity is standard industry practice. You are billed for the quantity delivered.

5. Delivery coverage

We deliver nationwide across every state in Nigeria, and ship internationally to Ghana, Liberia, Benin Republic and Togo. These are our focus markets today.

We can arrange delivery to other African countries on request. Those routes are quoted individually and transit times are confirmed case by case.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, courier delays and public holidays can extend transit on cross-border shipments.

Import duties, tariffs and clearance charges on international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Someone must be available to receive the shipment at the address supplied. Failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or unavailable recipient may incur a redelivery fee.

6. Claims, reprints and cancellations

Custom-printed goods are made to your specification and cannot be returned for change of mind.

If a product is defective, misprinted or materially different from the approved proof, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will reprint or refund the affected portion of the order at our discretion.

Orders may be cancelled without charge before production starts. Once materials are cut, printed or in press, cancellation charges apply for work completed.

7. Designer marketplace

Designers listed on Stampify Africa are independently vetted. Design fees agreed through the platform are held until you approve the delivered work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full commercial rights in the approved final artwork transfer to you once the design fee is settled. Editable source files (PSD, CDR, AI) are supplied only where the raw-file option is purchased.

Approved artwork can be sent straight to production from your order page.

8. Data and privacy

We collect only the information needed to quote, produce and deliver your order, and to provide support.

Payment details are handled by our payment processors. We never store full card details.

Uploaded artwork is stored privately and used only to fulfil your order. We will not publish your work as a sample without permission.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or missed events, however arising.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time your order is accepted is the version that applies to that order.
